在多校区办学的过程中,高校的人、财、物、办学空间等都有了显著的增加,这为高校扩大办学效益提供了必要的物质条件。由于规模与效益的非线性关系,如何控制办学规模已成为多校区办学高校亟待解决的现实课题。对于多校区办学的大学,同样也存在规模效益,当在校生人数在20000人左右时,其规模效益随着规模的扩大而增加,呈现规模经济,且其规模效益的增加主要靠人力资源的提升。但多校区办学所带来的成本增加较快,特别是不可控的可变成本或边际成本大幅增加,过大的规模将会引起规模不经济,应合理控制办学规模。

The resources in the colleges and universities,such as human resources,financial and school space, have been significantly improved in the process of multi-campus running, which provides the critical and basic conditions to optimize the allocation of resources and benefit the college expansion. Due to the nonlinear relationship between scale and efficiency, how to control the scale of universities has become a practical issue in muhi-campus universities to be solved. For muhi-campus school of the university, also there are economies of scale,when the increase in the numbers of students enrolled in about 20,000 people,its economies of scale with the expansion of the scale increases,showing economies of scale,and its scale depends mainly on human resources improved. But the rapid increase in costs brought about by the muhi-campus school, especially uncontrollable variable cost or marginal cost of a substantial increase in large scale will lead to diseconomies of scale ,should be the reasonable control of the scale of universities.
