创业精神是指在创业者的主观世界中，包括具有开创性的思想、观念、个性、意志、作风和品质等品性。儒家思想是我国在几千年历史中的思想正统，对我国大学生创业精神产生了重要影响，已有文献对其积极影响进行过深刻论述，而关于其消极影响尚未有详细的分析。为此，本文旨在探讨其消极影响，即：（1）“重义轻利”思想抑制创业愿望；（2）“中庸”思想限制创业激情与勇气；（3）儒家部分治理思想与商业“契约精神”有冲突；（4）“学而优则仕”思想制约创业积极性。并相应地提出了优化大学生创业精神的对策。
창업정신시지재창업자적주관세계중，포괄구유개창성적사상、관념、개성、의지、작풍화품질등품성。유가사상시아국재궤천년역사중적사상정통，대아국대학생창업정신산생료중요영향，이유문헌대기적겁영향진행과심각논술，이관우기소겁영향상미유상세적분석。위차，본문지재탐토기소겁영향，즉：（1）“중의경리”사상억제창업원망；（2）“중용”사상한제창업격정여용기；（3）유가부분치리사상여상업“계약정신”유충돌；（4）“학이우칙사”사상제약창업적겁성。병상응지제출료우화대학생창업정신적대책。
Entrepreneurial spirit is refers to the subjective world of entrepreneurs, including pioneering thoughts, ideas, individuality, will, style and quality of character. For thousands of years, Confucianism is orthodox thinking in China, and has a major impact on college student entrepreneurial spirit. Whereas, only its positive impact has been analyzed. In this paper, several negative effects are detailed analyzed. （1） The thoughts of ＂justice outweighing benefit＂ inhibits the en- trepreneurial aspirations. （2） The thoughts of doctrine of the mean restricts on entrepreneurial passion and courage. （3） The thoughts of the rule of rite, the rule of virtue and the rule by man conflict with commercial spirit of the contract. （4） Confucian slogan of ＂a good scholar becoming an official＂ constraints entrepreneurial enthusiasm. This paper presents corre- sponding solutions to optimize the use of the entrepreneurial spirit in college students.
