Military logistic resources balance is to comprehensively integrate human resources, material resources, financial resources, space and time resources, information resources and relation resources with the help of tangible and intangible mutual transformation to realize the purpose of maximizing efficiency with fewer resources. The basic way for that is to coordinate military logistic relations, strengthen the destination key, interest key, emotion key and psychology key. At present, the fundamental conflict between the decentralized resources management system and the integrated logistic core thought is hindering the development of modem military logistic system. So we must optimize the system and prevent the institutional damages, strengthen the construction of informationization and promote the integration of military logistics resources, deepen the institutional reform and realize the overall optimization of resources.
