村镇基础设施的共建共享，提高了基础设施的利用效率，有利于加快构建资源节约型社会。文章将村镇基础设施分为共享类、非共享类、选择性共享类。并以污水处理基础设施为例，对特定范围内村镇的选择性共享类基础设施共享后效益进行了量化分析。通过研究得出：区域内村镇实现选择性共享类基础设施的共建共享，存在严格的门槛约束，空间距离和人口规模是影响该类基础设施是否共享的主要因素。在此基础上计算得出了村镇污水处理设施的共享效益参考表，以期为村镇基础设施选址布点提供科学指导。

The co-construction and sharing of infrastructure in towns and villages could improve the utilization efficiency and accelerate the construction of resource-saving society. In this paper the infrastructure in towns and villages has been divided into share classes, non-classes, and selective sharing classes. The quantitative analysis on the effectiveness after sharing the selective sharing infrastructure within the scope of towns and villages has been carried out in the case of the sewage treatment infrastructure. It can be concluded that there is strict threshold constraint on the achievement in the co-construc- tion and the sharing of selective sharing infrastructure in intra-regional towns and villages; space distance and population scale are the main influence factors. On this basis, the reference tables of sharing benefit about the sewage treatment facili- ties have been calculated and scientific guidance has been provided for locating the infrastructure in towns and villages.
