高校体育教师应当适应现代体育发展的需要,更好地完成《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》规定的各项要求。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析新课程理念下体育教师教学观念的变化。研究认为,在新体育课程实施过程中,体育教师要成为学习过程的指导者、促进者,新课程改革的主动参与者,学生未来生活的设计者,课程内容新资源的开发者。

College physical education teachers are required to adapt themselves to the development of modem physical edu- cation and to meet the requirement of ' Guidelines for Nationwide College Physical Education Curriculum'. Therefore, how to complete the teaching task successfully is the issue needed to be solved immediately for college physical education teach- ers. By using the methods of documentation and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the change and development in teach- ing concept of physical education teachers under new curriculum reform. Tile research suggests that in the process of imple- menting the new curriculum of physical education, P. E teachers should transform themselves into the directors and promot- ers during teaching process, the active participants in new curriculum reform, the designers for students' future life and the develooers of new resources in teaching.
