分析了1999年高等学校大规模扩招之后,大学生面临就业风险,＂读书无用论＂之风又在农村地区刮起。指出其原因是教育投入成本超出了农民的经济承受能力,教育投入和产出不成正比,教育中不公平现象的存在。认为多途径增加农民收入,建立和完善贫困生资助体系;提高教学质量,加强就业指导;进一步完善高等教育收费制度是破解此问题的3条路径。

분석료1999년고등학교대규모확초지후,대학생면림취업풍험,＂독서무용론＂지풍우재농촌지구괄기。지출기원인시교육투입성본초출료농민적경제승수능력,교육투입화산출불성정비,교육중불공평현상적존재。인위다도경증가농민수입,건립화완선빈곤생자조체계;제고교학질량,가강취업지도;진일보완선고등교육수비제도시파해차문제적3조로경。
The increasing enrollment of higher education since 1999 causes college graduates to face risks of unemployment. So the opinion that ＂studying is useless＂ is emerging and prevailing in the rural areas. Three reasons can account for this phenomenon： educational cost beyond the farmers＇ economical affordability ; the disproportion of input and output of higher education and education inequity. In order to solve the problem, we need to increase farmers＇ income through many channels, to establish and perfect supporting system for poor students, to improve teaching quality and strengthen the employment guidance, and perfect charging system of higher education.
