发展农业电子商务,是促进安徽省农业产业化发展的有效途径。目前安徽省农业电子商务总体现状较为乐观,但仍存在农民信息化程度低、电子商务专业人才匮乏、农产品标准化品牌化障碍、农业电子商务网站功能单一、电子商务在农业的关键矛盾中未充分利用、缺乏与农业电子商务发展相适应的制度环境等诸多问题。必须加强农民信息素质,培养电子商务人才;建立农产品质量标准化体系;健全农业电子商务网站的功能;加强农产品物流配送体系建设;建立农业电子商务第三方公共平台以及建立适应农业电子商务发展的制度环境等措施。

The development of agricultural e-commerce is an efficient path to promote the evolution of industrialized agriculture in Anhui Province. Though current station is well in Anhui's agricultural e-commerce, there are also some problems such as weak awareness of e-commerce in farmers, shortage of professionals of e-commerce, defect in brand standardization of agricultural products, single functional of agricultural e-commerce network station, incomplete use of e-commerce in critical contradictions of agriculture and lack of institutional settings suitable for the development of agricultural e-commerce. In order to solve these problems, the paper suggests to improve the awareness of e-commerce in farmers, foster professionals for e-commerce, build standardized agricultural products, perfect the function of agricultural e-commerce network station, reinforce the construction of agricultural products logistics and distribution system, establish third-party public platform for agricultural e-commerce and create suitable institutional settings for the development of agricultural e-commerce.
