企业社会责任绩效与企业财务绩效之间的相关性至今未有定论。本研究以A股311家上市公司为样本,对前一期社会责任绩效对当期财务绩效的影响、当期财务绩效对后一期社会责任绩效的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明,企业社会责任绩效与财务绩效会为彼此加分,两种绩效之间存在着互为因果的良性循环关系,即使考虑到企业规模因素,分析结果也没有发生变化。

Neither theoretical nor empirical studies can prove there is a clear relationship between a company＇s CSP and CFP. In this study, the author selects 311 China listed companies as samples to analyze the correlation between their CSP and CFP. The results show that previous CSP has positive impact on CFP at the current period, and the current CFP has positive impact on the latter CSP as well. It is conclu- ded there is a mutual cause-and-effect relationship between CSP and CFP like a virtuous circle. Even if the size of companies are considered, the results still remain the same.
