印刷包装产业转向绿色发展是大势所趋，在低碳经济约束条件下，实现绿色发展必须克服一系列结构性矛盾与绿色障碍；发展绿色印刷包装产业需要“政、产、学、研、用”协同创新，推进绿色印刷包装产业体系建设需要基于过程实践的系统性策略。
印刷包裝產業轉嚮綠色髮展是大勢所趨，在低碳經濟約束條件下，實現綠色髮展必鬚剋服一繫列結構性矛盾與綠色障礙；髮展綠色印刷包裝產業需要“政、產、學、研、用”協同創新，推進綠色印刷包裝產業體繫建設需要基于過程實踐的繫統性策略。
인쇄포장산업전향록색발전시대세소추，재저탄경제약속조건하，실현록색발전필수극복일계렬결구성모순여록색장애；발전록색인쇄포장산업수요“정、산、학、연、용”협동창신，추진록색인쇄포장산업체계건설수요기우과정실천적계통성책략。
The printing and packaging industry towards sustainable development is the trend to achieve green growth in the low-carbon economy constraints, must overcome a series of structural contradictions and green barriers ; the development of green printing and packaging industry needs the collaborative innovation between political, industry, science and research, and the promotion of green printing and packaging industry system needs systematic strategy based on process practice.
