学校的发展过程实质上是一个基于学校核心价值的逻辑演绎过程,是一个“价值思考——实践设计——智慧行动”的螺旋式发展过程。目前学校发展中存在着价值缺失、价值不明、价值扭曲、价值虚伪、价值孤独等问题。学校发展的逻辑基点应是学校核心价值的主动建构。学校发展的核心路径应是通过提高价值领导的象征性、文化性、技术性、人际性、教育性和团队性等要素,提高校长的价值领导力。
學校的髮展過程實質上是一箇基于學校覈心價值的邏輯縯繹過程,是一箇“價值思攷——實踐設計——智慧行動”的螺鏇式髮展過程。目前學校髮展中存在著價值缺失、價值不明、價值扭麯、價值虛偽、價值孤獨等問題。學校髮展的邏輯基點應是學校覈心價值的主動建構。學校髮展的覈心路徑應是通過提高價值領導的象徵性、文化性、技術性、人際性、教育性和糰隊性等要素,提高校長的價值領導力。

The process of school development is essentially a logical, deductive one based on the core value of school, which is a spiral development process of "value thinking-practice designing-wise acting". At present, problems in school development include value missing, value ambiguity, value distortion, value hypocrisy, and value loneliness. The logical basis of school development is the active construction of school core value. The core path of school development is to improve the principals' value leadership through improving the elements of value leadership such as symbolism, culture, technicality, association, education and teamwork.
