中国是一个后发展国家，农村体育文化由于受制于基础差、底子薄、欠债多等因素，选择了物质体育文化优先于精神体育文化、节日体育文化优先于日常体育文化、竞技体育文化优先于群众体育文化、现代体育文化优先于传统体育文化的非均衡性发展道路，这极大提高了农村体育文化发展水平。然而，随着农村生产方式、生活方式和精神价值的变革，农村居民对精神体育文化、日常体育文化和传统体育文化的青睐日益明显。因此，未来农村体育文化应以非均衡发展理论为指导，转变农村体育文化发展观，努力实现农村体育文化和谐发展。

As a developing country, China has to face many defects in its developing of rural sport. Hence an unbalanced way was chosen, namely material sport culture superior to spiritual sport culture; holiday sport culture superior to daily sport culture; competitive sport culture superior ＇to mass sport culture; modem sport culture superior to traditional sport culture. In this way, China has dramatically improved rural sport. But with the series of changing in rural area, rural residents have shown their eagerness for spiritual, daily, and traditional sport culture. It can be forecasted that rural sport culture has to be guided under unbalanced development theory in a long period, at culture should also be changed in order the same time, the government＇s values on rural sport to achieve a harmonious state.
