民间借贷在山西省经济发展过程中,发挥着释放民间资本、补充正规金融以及优化区域资金配置等作用。由于其法规体系和监管体系不完善、对高利润的追逐以及规范化程度低等,导致了民间借贷在山西省存在着游走于合法与非法之间、酝酿着高风险、单笔交易金额小资金运用效率低等一系列问题、难以发挥资金合力的作用。因此,需要建立健全相应的法律法规和监管体系,放松利率管制,加大财政支持,促使民间借贷走阳光化和规范化的道路。
民間藉貸在山西省經濟髮展過程中,髮揮著釋放民間資本、補充正規金融以及優化區域資金配置等作用。由于其法規體繫和鑑管體繫不完善、對高利潤的追逐以及規範化程度低等,導緻瞭民間藉貸在山西省存在著遊走于閤法與非法之間、醞釀著高風險、單筆交易金額小資金運用效率低等一繫列問題、難以髮揮資金閤力的作用。因此,需要建立健全相應的法律法規和鑑管體繫,放鬆利率管製,加大財政支持,促使民間藉貸走暘光化和規範化的道路。

In the economic development of Shanxi Province,private lending plays a noticeable role in releasing pri- vate capital, supplementing formal finance, optimizing locally the capital allocation and so on. Yet, a series of problems also arises in private lend at the same time, due to the imperfection in regulation and supervision, overheated pursuit of high profit, and the low level of standardization, which prevent this source of capital from exerting the greatest function. Accordingly, to stimulate the operation of private lending to become standardized and transparent, it is necessary that some relevant regulation and supervision system be improved, interest rate be liberalized, and the financial support from government be promoted.
