分析了大邑县林权流转的基本状况及取得的成效,指出了大邑县在林权流转评估过程中存在专业林权评估机构和评估人员少、林权评估操作规范陈旧、林权评估业务收费低、林权评估观念淡薄等问题,提出了增设专业林权评估机构、加强专业林权评估人才培养、推行林权流转指导价、大力发展林权流转市场等促进大邑县林权流转工作发展的思路。

The article first analyzes the Dayi county condition of the transfer of forest rights and the results achieved.
