作为一种分析现实社会关系工具的博弈论,在进入伦理学视阈时必然要面对人性假设等问题的严格追问。博弈论如果想要寻求改良之途,可以考虑借助儒家“和”伦理。儒家“和”伦理通过宇宙伦理图示的描述路径将“生生”确立为根本意向,在此种“生生”意向下,儒家“和”伦理可以为博弈论突破其功利主义掣肘提供参考,使其获得补足性改良之途。儒家“和”伦理对博弈论的补足性改良主要表现为:对人性进行更为真实和丰满的考虑,达成非功利合作和:lE情境合作,产生优越于集体意识的共生意识。

When game theory enters the perspective of ethics as a kind of analytical tool for social relations, it must face severe questions concerning the assumptions about human nature. This paper argues that if it wants to seek improve- ment, game theory should draw upon the essence of the Confucian "harmony" ethics, which establishes the fundamental in- tention named "survival" by describing a universe ethics. In such an intention of "survival", the Confucian "harmony" ethics may provide some references for game theory to break through the limitation of utilitarianism, and offer it a supple- mentary alternative to improve itself. The supplementary improvements that the Confucian '~ harmony" ethics may bring to game theory include more realistic and comprehensive consideration of human nature, non-utilitarian cooperation and non- situational cooperation, and the consciousness of symbiosis which is superior to the collective consciousness.
