会展竞争优势不仅取决于品牌化的全球企业,而且取决于根植在特殊区域内的企业集群。研究会展产业集群区域的培育,对提升会展业的区域竞争力具有重要的现实意义。在分析会展产业集群区形成条件的基础上,本文认为会展业集群区域的培育措施主要包括：通过政府干预,形成有效的地理邻近;通过发展总部经济形成集聚效应;培育会展企业网络;大力发展中介服务机构,特别是发挥行业协会的作用。

The competitive advantages of exhibition depend on not only global enterprises which have been branding, but also the enterprise clusters taking deeply root in some special regions. To study the cultivation of exhibition industrial clusters zone has some important and realistic meanings for promoting the regional competitiveness of exhibition industry. Based on analyzing the formation conditions of the region of exhibition industrial cluster, this paper put forwards that the measures of cultivating the region of exhibition industrial cluster include ： To form effective geographic proximity with gov- ernment intervention; To form agglomeration effects through developing headquarters economy; To cultivate the exhibition enterprise network; To develop vigorously the functions of intermediary service organizations and trade associations spe- cially.
