借鉴供应链集成思想，运用经济博弈理论分析我国农村土地间接流转链利益相关者之间的利益均衡分配问题。研究表明：土地流转链的整体收益与节点成员的参与合作程度成正相关，即不结盟时供应链整体收益最小，全部参与人结盟时最大；在土地流转链达到最优状态下，农户、中介组织和种植企业的均衡利益分配依次递减；同时，在合作联盟中，各成员按股权“比例分成”更能体现“收益共享，风险共担”的公平合理性，但这也可能会带来比“固定租金”分配方式更高的交易费用。

This paper uses economic game theory to analyze the balanced benefit assignment of indirect farmland transferring between stakeholders based on the integrated thinking of the supply chain management theory. The research discovers that the overall benefit of the supply chain of farmland transferring is positively correlative to the member＇s cooperative degree, which means that the overall benefit in non - cooperation is the smallest while in complete - cooperation would be the big- gest; when optimal land transferring chain is achieved, the assignment of balanced benefit to farmers, intermediaries, and plantation companies is in a descending order; in addition, ＂proportional benefit assignment＂ according to the stockholders＇ rights in the cooperative alliance can manifest the fairness and rationality of ＂benefit sharing, risk sharing＂, but would also brings about higher transaction costs compared with ＂the fixed rent＂ assignment.
