修正后的《刑事诉讼法》设立的犯罪记录封存制度，有利于弱化罪错少年的罪犯标签，促进其顺利回归社会。基于保护未成年犯和保护社会的综合考虑，犯罪记录封存制度与《北京规则》的要求存在差异，尚未达到前科消灭的程度。在实践中，应当将保护未成年人的视野予以拓展，将这项制度的功能进一步延伸。
脩正後的《刑事訴訟法》設立的犯罪記錄封存製度，有利于弱化罪錯少年的罪犯標籤，促進其順利迴歸社會。基于保護未成年犯和保護社會的綜閤攷慮，犯罪記錄封存製度與《北京規則》的要求存在差異，尚未達到前科消滅的程度。在實踐中，應噹將保護未成年人的視野予以拓展，將這項製度的功能進一步延伸。
수정후적《형사소송법》설립적범죄기록봉존제도，유리우약화죄착소년적죄범표첨，촉진기순리회귀사회。기우보호미성년범화보호사회적종합고필，범죄기록봉존제도여《북경규칙》적요구존재차이，상미체도전과소멸적정도。재실천중，응당장보호미성년인적시야여이탁전，장저항제도적공능진일보연신。
The Criminal Procedure Law of the People＇s Republic of China amended on March 14, 2012 sets up the system of sealing criminal record, which contributes to weakening the criminal labels of teenage criminals and helping them to successfully return to the society. Based on the comprehensive consideration of protecting the society as well as teenage criminals, this system is different from the ＂Beijing Rules＂, in which the latter has not yet reached the standard of eliminating criminal record. In practice, the vision of protecting Minor criminals should be expanded and the function of this system should be further extended.
