殡葬业被称为中国当下暴利行业之一，已经成为不争事实。由于人们受传统保守、封闭因素的影响，学界对殡葬业很少涉入。同时，该行业尤其是殡仪馆等设施属于民政部门垄断，因此引发的相关腐败现象，不断成为社会关注的焦点。所以，结合涉及殡葬领域的职务犯罪案件，对当前殡葬领域特别是殡仪馆系统的职务犯罪进行分析和梳理，廓清其职务犯罪特征，提出针对性对策，让反腐的阳光普照殡葬业就显得尤为重要。

The funeral industry is called one of the windfall profits industry in today＇s China, which has become an indisputable fact. Because of traditional and conservative factors, the academic circle rarely involved in the funeral industry. At the same time, the funeral industry, especially funeral homes and other facilities, belongs to civil affairs departments monopoly, therefore may cause related corruption, and constantly become the focus of attention of the society. Based on the funeral field investigations, this paper analysed the funeral industry crime eases, especially the funeral home duty crime ones, tried to clearing the characteristics of this type of duty crime, and put forward some countermeasures to let the anti-corruption sunshine spreads in the burial industry.
