我国的民族经济扶持政策体系完整,其内容涵盖财税、贸易、金融、扶贫、对口支援与扶持人口较少民族发展等政策措施,切实体现了党和政府对扶持少数民族及地区繁荣发展的高度重视。但随着时代变迁和市场经济改革,传统的民族经济扶持政策所存在的问题也日益显现,迫切需要加快发展与创新。因此,以扶持当地造血机能与自我发展能力为目标,立足不同民族地区的文化特性与创造力,改革创新,建立有针对性的民族经济扶持政策,是新时期有效促进不同民族地区发展和共同繁荣的重要途径。

China＇ s ethnic economic support policies have a complete system and comprehensive contents. It covers such policies and measures in taxation, trade, finance, poverty alleviation and corre- sponding support and supporting minority with a small population. It reflects our Party and government＇ s deployment arrangements attaching great importance to minority development and prosperity. But at the same time, with the changes of era and market economic reform, the problems and issues about the tradi- tional minority economy support policies are becoming increasingly serious, and it＇ s need to develop and innovate. Therefore, it is important to innovate and target minority economic support policies to guarantee for the effective promotion of the different minority regional development and common prosperity, such as to support local self-development ability, based on different ethnic cultural identity and creativity.
