我国普通高校军事课的考核手段大都以笔试检测学生学习国防、军事知识的多寡为主,这种考核方法不能跟上时代发展的需要。因为军事课不仅要传授军事理论知识,还要培养学生的爱国主义情感。高校军事课考核应遵循“知行统一、课内与课外考核统一、情感考核与知识考核统一”的原则,从课内考核、课外考核、课程结业考核三个方面细化考核指标,构建“3+1+1+1”(“3”指“三次考勤”、3个“1”分别指“一次课堂发言”、“一次小论文或调查报告”、“一次课程结业考试”)模式。这样既凸显了高校军事课程的知识性、思想性及情感性的学科特点,又可达到以考促教、以考促学的教学目的。

The written examination for military course can not keep up with the demand of the development of the era. Military course covers not only the theories, but also highly emotional contents. This article proposes that the evaluation of military course should conform to the three principles of "the unity of knowledge and Practice, that of in-class activities and extraeurriculum ones, and that of emotional and knowledge evaluation", and we shall take into our account the indexes from the class evaluation, extracurricular examination, final examination, thus emphasizing the importance of military knowledge, thought and emotional characteristics of the subject and promoting the teaching and learning as well.
