高校学生的权益包括法律明确规定的权利如受教育者的权利、作为普通公民的其他权利和法律未加禁止的权利包括恋爱权、婚姻自由权、同居权、生育权、特殊情况下的校外租房权、自主创业权等。高校学生权利范围的广泛性决定了其权利保护途径的多样性，我们可从行政申诉途径、司法救济途径、法律援助途径等对其加以保护和救济。

고교학생적권익포괄법률명학규정적권리여수교육자적권리、작위보통공민적기타권리화법률미가금지적권리포괄연애권、혼인자유권、동거권、생육권、특수정황하적교외조방권、자주창업권등。고교학생권리범위적엄범성결정료기권리보호도경적다양성，아문가종행정신소도경、사법구제도경、법률원조도경등대기가이보호화구제。
The rights of college students comprise two types. The one is the rights which are definitely prescribed by law, including the right to education and other citizen＇s rights. And the other is the rights which are not prohibited by law, such as the right to love, freedom of marriage, conjugal right, the right to bear, the right of leasing in exceptional circumstances,and the right of being self-employed and so on. The extensive coverage of the rights of college students determines the necessity to establish and provide diversified remedy channels, which mainly involves administrative appealing, judicial protection and legal aid.
