研究了拟康宁木霉粉末对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能.结果发现,40min后吸附过程达到平衡,pH适宜范围为4~5,且在Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为2mg/L、吸附剂用量为2.5g/L、pH为4.5的最佳条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率达到80.37%.运用SEM、XRD和FTIR对拟康宁木霉粉末的吸附过程进行表征,发现拟康宁木霉粉末表面粗糙、孔隙多,吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的过程中—OH和—PO4与Cr(Ⅵ)发生了络合反应,具有络合反应的特征.
研究瞭擬康寧木黴粉末對Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能.結果髮現,40min後吸附過程達到平衡,pH適宜範圍為4~5,且在Cr(Ⅵ)初始濃度為2mg/L、吸附劑用量為2.5g/L、pH為4.5的最佳條件下,Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率達到80.37%.運用SEM、XRD和FTIR對擬康寧木黴粉末的吸附過程進行錶徵,髮現擬康寧木黴粉末錶麵粗糙、孔隙多,吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的過程中—OH和—PO4與Cr(Ⅵ)髮生瞭絡閤反應,具有絡閤反應的特徵.

Efficiencies and their influent factors of adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by the powder of Trichoderma koningiopsis were investigated.The results show that the process for adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) can be finished in 40 min,and the suitable pH is in the range of 4 to 5.And the results also indicate that initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) of 2 mg/L,adsorbent dosage of 2.5 g/L and pH value of 4.5 seem to be the favorable condition.Under the optimal reaction condition,the adsorption rate of Cr(Ⅵ) was 80.37%.The fungus surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Results indicate that the fungus has rough surface and much porosity.The —OH,—PO4 and Cr(Ⅵ) involve in complexation reactions in the process of adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by the fungus.
