Exercise - related heahh education intervention ; students ; obesity prevalence
目的:探讨运动健康教育干预对广州市小学生肥胖率的影响。方法:选取广州市晓港湾小学学生进行为期1年的运动健康教育干预,同时以万松园小学作为对照,测定干预前后学生身高、体重,并计算身体质量指数(BMI),同时根据年龄别BMI分类筛选超重肥胖合率。结果:1)干预组和对照组干预后身体形态生长水平有不同程度的提高,其中10岁男生,9、10岁女生的身高的增长干预组显著高于对照组(P=0.000);8岁男、女生体重的增长干预组较对照组有明显增长(P〈P〈0.05)。2)9、10岁男生及9岁女生的BMI有显著的下降(P〈0.05);男女生的超重肥胖合率的增长速度,干预组较对照组有下降趋势。结论:运动健康教育干预通过对学生自我体育锻炼意识的培养和将营养知识宣教与科学的运动健身方式相结合的学校健康教育,增强了学生体育锻炼的科学性和有效性,从而对学生身体形态生长水平起到了明显的促进作用,并对学生BMI、超重和肥胖的增长速度起到较有效的控制和降低作用。
目的:探討運動健康教育榦預對廣州市小學生肥胖率的影響。方法:選取廣州市曉港灣小學學生進行為期1年的運動健康教育榦預,同時以萬鬆園小學作為對照,測定榦預前後學生身高、體重,併計算身體質量指數(BMI),同時根據年齡彆BMI分類篩選超重肥胖閤率。結果:1)榦預組和對照組榦預後身體形態生長水平有不同程度的提高,其中10歲男生,9、10歲女生的身高的增長榦預組顯著高于對照組(P=0.000);8歲男、女生體重的增長榦預組較對照組有明顯增長(P〈P〈0.05)。2)9、10歲男生及9歲女生的BMI有顯著的下降(P〈0.05);男女生的超重肥胖閤率的增長速度,榦預組較對照組有下降趨勢。結論:運動健康教育榦預通過對學生自我體育鍛煉意識的培養和將營養知識宣教與科學的運動健身方式相結閤的學校健康教育,增彊瞭學生體育鍛煉的科學性和有效性,從而對學生身體形態生長水平起到瞭明顯的促進作用,併對學生BMI、超重和肥胖的增長速度起到較有效的控製和降低作用。
목적:탐토운동건강교육간예대엄주시소학생비반솔적영향。방법:선취엄주시효항만소학학생진행위기1년적운동건강교육간예,동시이만송완소학작위대조,측정간예전후학생신고、체중,병계산신체질량지수(BMI),동시근거년령별BMI분류사선초중비반합솔。결과:1)간예조화대조조간예후신체형태생장수평유불동정도적제고,기중10세남생,9、10세녀생적신고적증장간예조현저고우대조조(P=0.000);8세남、녀생체중적증장간예조교대조조유명현증장(P〈P〈0.05)。2)9、10세남생급9세녀생적BMI유현저적하강(P〈0.05);남녀생적초중비반합솔적증장속도,간예조교대조조유하강추세。결론:운동건강교육간예통과대학생자아체육단련의식적배양화장영양지식선교여과학적운동건신방식상결합적학교건강교육,증강료학생체육단련적과학성화유효성,종이대학생신체형태생장수평기도료명현적촉진작용,병대학생BMI、초중화비반적증장속도기도교유효적공제화강저작용。
Objective : To discuss the influence on the Guangzhou students, s obesity prevalence by Exercise - related health edu- cation intervention. Methods : The students of Guangzhou Xiao gang - wan elementary school were intervened for one year by exercise - related health education intervention, and at the same time another primary school named Wansong - yuan as a com- parison, then the height and weight of students were determined before and after the intervention and their BMI and prevalence of overweight and obesity were calculated. Results 1 ) After the intervention, the students'body growth and development of the intervention group and control group had different degrees, including that the height growth of 10 years old boy, and 9, 10 years old girl, the intervention group was significantly higher than control group( p = 0. 000) ; Compared the control group , the intervention group have obvious growth in the weight growth of 8 years old boy and girl(p 〈 0.05) . 2) The BMI of 9, 10 years old boy and 9 years old had a significant decline, ( p 〈 0.05 ) ; For the growth speed of overweight and obesity of the students, the intervention group had obvious downtrend in comparison with the control group. Conclusion: exercise - related health education intervention makes the the students'physical exercise more scientific and effective, plays a significant role in promoting childrenTs body growth and development , controls and reduces the BMI and the growth rate of overweight and obesi- ty.
