通过运动生物力学分析揭示了日本优秀运动员富田洋之完成的单杠团身后空翻转体360°越杠再握动作的运动学规律和技术特点,为我国运动发展此类动作提供理论依据和技术参考。研究结果显示,整个身体及肩关节超过杠前水平位置后两手同时撒手;团身后空翻越杠向左转体后右手先抓杠,然后左手抓杠时整个身体处于杠水平以上较高的位置。

This article revealed the kinematic rules and technical characteristics of Hiroyuki Tomita,Japan's top gymnast after the completion of the horizontal bar of the swivel 360 ° somersault tuck and grasp motion,expecting to provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for the development of such action in China.The research showed the successful completion should be as follows: both hands should release the bar after the whole body and shoulder go beyond the horizontal position of the bar;the right hand grips the bar after tuck back flips crossing the bar and turning left;when griping the bar with left hand,the whole body should remain at a higher position over the bar.
