近年来,我国高校女教师队伍日益壮大,但数量的增长并不意味着高等教育界历史上“男中心女边际”的格局已不复存在,也不意味着女教师在发展过程中遭遇的独特问题已自行解决。事实表明:边缘化危机与性别迷思仍是当下高校女教师发展的两大主要困境。边缘化危机主要以显性边缘化、隐性边缘化与反向边缘化三种形式存在;性别迷思则主要从形象认同的迷思与个性发展的迷思两个方面显现。
近年來,我國高校女教師隊伍日益壯大,但數量的增長併不意味著高等教育界歷史上“男中心女邊際”的格跼已不複存在,也不意味著女教師在髮展過程中遭遇的獨特問題已自行解決。事實錶明:邊緣化危機與性彆迷思仍是噹下高校女教師髮展的兩大主要睏境。邊緣化危機主要以顯性邊緣化、隱性邊緣化與反嚮邊緣化三種形式存在;性彆迷思則主要從形象認同的迷思與箇性髮展的迷思兩箇方麵顯現。

In recent years, there has been an increase of female teachers in colleges. However, the increase in the number does not mean the setup that male teachers occupy the center while female ones lie in the periphery has changed. Neither, does it mean the unique problems which female college teachers have confronted in their process of development have been solved thereby. As a matter of fact, the two major problems the female college teachers confront in their academic career are the threat of periphery and gender lost. The periphery crisis shows such three forms as overt periphery, covert periphery and opposite periphery. identity lost and character development lost.
