本世纪以来，尤其是伴随着2007年全国公共图书馆延伸服务经验交流会的召开，我国公共图书馆进入了延伸服务的热潮期，取得了显著成绩。但在成绩的背后，问题和不足也凸显出来：经费得不到保证，专业人才短缺，发展的后劲不足。不同地区之间发展不平衡等等。论文指出针对问题应建立多元主体参与的经费来源机制，对从业人员进行业务培训，建立志愿者制度，对延伸服务工作进行考核和评估。

본세기이래，우기시반수착2007년전국공공도서관연신복무경험교류회적소개，아국공공도서관진입료연신복무적열조기，취득료현저성적。단재성적적배후，문제화불족야철현출래：경비득불도보증，전업인재단결，발전적후경불족。불동지구지간발전불평형등등。논문지출침대문제응건립다원주체삼여적경비래원궤제，대종업인원진행업무배훈，건립지원자제도，대연신복무공작진행고핵화평고。
Since the 21st century, especially accompanied by the National Conference on Extended Social Services of Public Libraries held in the year 2007, it indicated that our public libraries had gained remarkable achievements in this area and also showed that extended services were on the trend. We have made a lot of progress in this field but the problems and deficiencies should not be overlooked, such as： lack of funds, shortage of professionals, insufficient developing capacity and unbalanced development among different regions, etc. This paper points out that the following measures should be taken to solve the mentioned problems： forming the sources of funding mechanisms involved in multiple subjects, conducting business training for professionals, establishing volunteers systems and having the assessment and evaluation to the extended services.
