黄帝和炎帝是中国古史传说中杰出的部落首领,是中华民族的始祖,古代圣治之典范。根据有限的文献资料及近年来对河南省濮阳西水坡遗址的考古调查和发掘实物,在厘清传说真相的基础上,着重考证炎黄文化的最早发祥地——河北的＂涿鹿＂和＂阪泉＂,认为我们的祖先的确在涿鹿一带筑城生活过,也曾在这里多次交战,从而融合成今天的华夏民族,并成为中华民族五千年文化之源。

Huangdi and Yandi are outstanding tribal leaders in Chinese ancient legend, are the ancestors of the Chinese nation, and are the ancient model of governance of sage. According to the limited information in the literature and the ar- chaeological investigation and excavation in recent years of Puyang Xishuipo site of Henan province, and on the basis of legend to clarify the truth, this paper emphatically studies the earliest birthplaces of Yanhuang culture--＂ Zhuolu＂and ＂Banquan＂ in Hebei province. The paper concludes that our ancestors did live in the Zhuolu area, and many wars happened here, thus today~Chinese people came into being. And these places become the Chinese nation culture source.
