产业结构的演进和就业结构的变化具有较强的相关性,产业结构与就业结构的协调发展,直接影响经济发展的质量和就业水平的提高。河北省在近几年的经济发展中三次产业所占比重发生了重大变化,第一产业比重逐渐降低,第二产业比重趋于平稳,第三产业比重逐渐提高,但第三产业在生产总值中所占比重仍然不高。从就业结构角度看,河北省就业结构调整与产业结构变动不一致,产业结构面临升级和调整,以提高就业水平。
