以济阳县域居民点用地为研究对象,根据农村居民点用地适宜性评价结果,将济阳县农村居民点划分为城镇转化型、发展型、限制发展型和迁弃型4种整理类型。从土地规划需要和济阳县实际情况出发,根据影响居民点空间扩展因素的限制等级,划分城乡居民点空间扩展优先等级区,结合2020年济阳县城乡居民点用地规模预测,对济阳县城乡居民点用地空间布局进行优化。结果表明:济阳县2010--2020年农村居民点用地可减少2878.47hm2,建制镇用地增加1094.15hm2,农村居民点用地整理可以满足建制镇用地增加的需求。研究可为县级土地利用总体规划和农村居民点规划提供依据。
以濟暘縣域居民點用地為研究對象,根據農村居民點用地適宜性評價結果,將濟暘縣農村居民點劃分為城鎮轉化型、髮展型、限製髮展型和遷棄型4種整理類型。從土地規劃需要和濟暘縣實際情況齣髮,根據影響居民點空間擴展因素的限製等級,劃分城鄉居民點空間擴展優先等級區,結閤2020年濟暘縣城鄉居民點用地規模預測,對濟暘縣城鄉居民點用地空間佈跼進行優化。結果錶明:濟暘縣2010--2020年農村居民點用地可減少2878.47hm2,建製鎮用地增加1094.15hm2,農村居民點用地整理可以滿足建製鎮用地增加的需求。研究可為縣級土地利用總體規劃和農村居民點規劃提供依據。

Taking residential land in Jiyang County as the object, rural settlements in Jiyang County is divided into four arrangement types which include urban transformation type, development type, limiting development type and migration type based on suitability evaluation results. According to limiting levels of settlement spatial expan- sion factors, settlement buffers are divided into priority rank areas which can be transformed into construction land pursuant to the land use plan and actual demand in Jiyang County. The spatial distribution of residential area is op- timized combined with the predictive value of settlement scale in Jiyang County in 2020. Result shows that rural residential land can reduce 2 878.47 hm2 and urban residential land increases 1 094.15 hm2 from 2010 to 2020 in Jiyang County. Rural residential land consolidation can meet the needs of the increased urban residential land. The research is to provide scientific references for the general land use planning at county level, and also for the location integrating in making the rural residential lands use planning.
