本文从外推认同到内生认同的视角出发,以高校毕业生的就业问题在西藏情境中被建构的过程为主线,重点梳理政府、援藏政策自上而下的外推式的模式和社会、学校、大学生自下而上的内生式模式,以及不同的群体之间对高校毕业生就业问题的利益、价值上的认同,旨在阐明这两种模式双向建构西藏高校毕业生就业的长效机制是解决高校毕业生就业问题的有效方法和路径。

This paper, from the perspectives of both extrapolation identity and endogenicity identity, focuses on employment of university graduates in Tibet. It teases out the bottom-down extrapolation model formed by the government and supporting Tibet policies and the bottom-up endogenicity model formed by society, school and university students and analyzes identity of different groups with employment of university graduates in terms of interest and value. It is intended to illustrate that constructing such a bi-direetional long term mechanism in Tibet is an effective method to solve the problem of employment for university graduates.
