少数民族大学生思想政治教育的全过程应该融入人文关怀,重视少数民族大学生的精神诉求,增加思想政治理论课的民族文化内涵,注重教育中的情感投入,营造良好的人文环境。思想政治教育只有注重人文关怀,才能承担起提高少数民族大学生思想觉悟、升华其精神境界、促进其全面自由发展的重任,才能发挥思想政治教育的最佳效应。

Humanistic care should be integrated into the whole process of ideological and political education for university students through paying attention to their spiritual needs, increasing connotation of ethnic culture in ideological and political theory courses, attaching importance to emotions and creating a good humanistic environment. Only by doing so can we shoulder up the responsibility to uplift ethnic minority students＇ ideological consciousness, enhance their spiritual realm, realize their comprehensive and free development and give the best play to ideological and political education.
