为探究运用内插法和指数回归法计算的4mM乳酸阈的差异性和相关性,选用79组赛艇三级测试中的血乳酸和功率数据,分别运用内插法和指数回归法算得79对4mM乳酸阈研究结果表明,无论分赛艇级别与否,P4-内插法和P4-指数日之间没有显著性差异。的直线回归方程分别为:y=0.983x+6.4885(n:38,r=0.978,男子公开级),y=1.0138x-0.2885(n=20,r-0.988,男子轻量级),y-1.1042x-17.63(n-8,r-0.998,女子公开级),y-0.9904x+3.64(n-13,r-0.990,女子轻量级),Y-0.997x+2.9208(n-79,r-0.998,全体数据)。运用内插法和指数回归法计算的4mM乳酸阚可以进行比较。建议在运用4mM乳酸阈监控和评价运动员有氧能力的长期过程中采用-种恒定的计算方法。

The objective of this study was to investigate the difference and correlation between 4 mM lactate threshold calculated with interpolation method (P4-int) and exponential method (P4-int). 79 sets data of lactate and power from step tests in rowing were selected, and calculated with interpolation method and exponential method, respectively. It was found that there was no significant difference between P4-int and P4-exp. The linear regression functions for P4-int (x) and P4-exp (Y) from the selected data were : y = 0.983 x q- 6.4885 ( n = 38, r = 0.978, heavyweight men), y 1.0138x--0.2885 (n=20,r=0. 988, lightweight men),y=l. 1042x-17. 63 (n=8,r= 0. 998, heavyweight women), y= 0. 9904 x-k 3.64 ( n = 13, r = 0. 990, lightweight women), y= 0. 997xq-2. 9208 (n= 79,r=0. 998,a11). It was concluded that 4 mM lactate threshold calculated with interpolation method and exponential method were comparable. Recommendation was given that one certain method of calculating 4 mM lactate threshold should be fixed during the longitude monitoring and diagnostics of aerobic capacity in long-term training.
