依据合作行为的差异性,按照合作的时间维、深度维和广度维,供应链合作关系的演进路径可分为交易型合作关系、协调型合作关系、协同型合作关系等三个阶段。供应链合作关系受合作双方产品的质量、价格以及各自的企业文化、组织结构等诸多因素影响。这些因素可分为显性影响因素和隐性影响因素。其中,显性影响因素对供应链短期合作绩效的影响非常明显.但显性因素要在供应链合作中高效地发挥作用,离不开企业价值观、经营理念、组织结构等隐性因素的基础性支持。研究表明,在供应链合作关系演进过程中,各隐性因素的作用及其程度都不一样.应把以实现消费者价值为导向的战略指导方针作为供应链合作关系演进的行动指南,在为消费者创造价值的前提下.共同创造合理的产业赢利水平,这是供应链合作关系健康发展的根本途径。

Based on the difference among different kinds of cooperation behaviors and such three dimensions of cooperation as time, depth and width, the evolution path of the supply chain cooperation relationship is divided into such three phases as dealing cooperation relationship, coordinating cooperation relationship and strategy partner cooperation relations. Such factors as the product quality, price, corporate culture and organizational structure will have impact on supply chain cooperation relationship. And these factors will fall into explicit factors and implicit factors. Among all these factors, the explicit factors will have obvious impact on the short-term performance of the supply chain; but the effective role of explicit factors in supply chain cooperation will depend on the support of those implicit factors. The related research shows that, on the evolution path of supply chain cooperation relationship, the role of different implicit factors will be different. We should take realizing the consumer- value-oriented strategy as the guidance. Under the precondition of creating value for the consumers, jointly creating the rational industrial profit margin will be the foundational way for the health development of supply chain cooperation relationship.
