本文首先从全球经济新秩序、比较优势来源以及海洋经济发展等角度对我国贸易发展战略的背景进行分析，指出服从于经济发展总战略、致力于贸易强国、推动和谐国际经贸关系的构建是中国贸易发展战略的基本取向，而立足本土市场实现内外贸易协同发展、发展服务经济促进出口商品竞争力提升、继续巩固与美国以及欧盟的经贸关系、探索与亚太地区及其他新兴经济体的经贸合作以及大力发展国际远洋运输构建我国海上贸易生命线则是中国贸易发展战略的主要着眼点。

The background of China＇s trade development is analyzed in terms of the new order of global economy, the sources of comparative advantage and the development of marine economy. The basic orientations of China＇s trade development, such as being obedient to the overall strategy of economic development, devoting to strengthening the nation through trade and promoting the harmonious international economic and trade relations, are put forward. And the main focuses of China＇s trade development strategies, such as realizing the coordinated development of domestic and international trade by being rooted in the local market, improving the competitiveness of export commodities by developing service economy, consolidating the economic and trade relations with America and EU, exploring the economic and trade cooperation with the Asian-Pacific region and other emerging economic entities, and constructing China＇s lifeline of marine trade by developing international ocean transportation, are also pointed out.
