学前教育本科专业的人才培养质量直接影响着我国未来学前教育事业的发展。影响学前教育本科专业人才培养质量的原因主要有三个方面:一是学前教育专业招收的学生考试与培养目标之间效度不高;二是学前教育的社会地位和价值被严重低估;三是学前教育专业技能训练不充分。安庆师范学院教育学院针对上述问题采取多种渠道招生,促进学生个性化成长;实行全程实践培养,提高学生技能等多项改革措施,全面提高学前教育本科生的培养质量。
學前教育本科專業的人纔培養質量直接影響著我國未來學前教育事業的髮展。影響學前教育本科專業人纔培養質量的原因主要有三箇方麵:一是學前教育專業招收的學生攷試與培養目標之間效度不高;二是學前教育的社會地位和價值被嚴重低估;三是學前教育專業技能訓練不充分。安慶師範學院教育學院針對上述問題採取多種渠道招生,促進學生箇性化成長;實行全程實踐培養,提高學生技能等多項改革措施,全麵提高學前教育本科生的培養質量。

The students' quality of pre-school education undergraduate will have a direct impact on China's future development of pre-school career. Main reason affecting the quality of pre-school education professional Training come from three aspects: First, the validity between examination for students enrolled in pre-school education and training objectives is not high; Second, the social status and value of the pre-school education has been seriously underestimated; Third, pre-professional skills training is inadequate. We have adopted many reform measures in order to improve the quality of pre-school education of undergraduate eulture comprehensively, such as taking a variety of channels for enrollment in order to promote students' individual growth; Implementing the whole practice of cultivation to improve the skills of students.
