后危机时代，随着经济形势的逐渐好转，各个产业发展领域正在回暖，但是在多种影响因素的作用下，民营企业的发展问题依旧层出不穷，出现运营困境、发展资金不足等问题。只有对这些问题进行有针对性的调查研究，才能追本溯源，提出有意义的解决对策。因此，为了探究民营企的经营发展现状及存在的问题，对台州民营企业进行了深入调查研究，并重点选取几家民营企业，对其运营状况进行具体分析，寻找问题的根源。然后，在总结问题的基础上提出有效的解决对策措施，以求促进民营企业的健康发展。

In Post-crisis Era, various industries are recovering with the gradual improvement of economic situation. However, with the function of various factors, there appear many problems in the development of private enterprises such as operating difficulty and lack of capital. Only by investigation and study of the problems can we get to the root of the matter to put forward meaningful solutions. Therefore, in order to explore the situation and problems of private business, the article conducts a thorough investigation and study of private enterprises in Taizhou and chooses some private enterprises to make a concrete analysis of their operation to find the root of the problems. Finally, it puts forward some effective solutions to the problems to promote the sound development of private enterprises.
