现代教育特别是远程教育往往需要远程对人员进行签到管理，但是目前的签到系统未能很好的结合远程签到和防替代功能。基于此，文章设计与实现了一种防替代远程签到系统，通过登录用户的IP地址和实时捕获人脸图像两种技术进行身份验证。解决了内网IP地址重载问题和人脸检测及比对的关键问题，实现了系统的远程签到和防替代功能。该系统的终端用户只需连通网络和摄像头，提高了远程人员管理的效率和公正性，在现代教育管理中具有广泛的应用前景。

Remote attendance checking management is becoming one of the urgent challenges in modern education, especially for distance education. However, the existing attendance checking systems such as IC card, fingerprint recognition and face recognition have not obtained the objections of remote and anti-substitute simultaneously. In this paper, the design and implementation of a novel attendance checking system is presented. In this system, the signed-in user＇s IP address is used to compare with the IP address that is saved in the database. And the user＇s picture with face is captured in real-time once the sign-in occurs. By solving the key problems of these two methods, the attendance checking system achieves both remote checking and anti-substitute. The attendance checking system only requires a device to access the Internet and a camera to capture picture. It improves the effectiveness and guarantee high fair. So the proposed remote anti-substitute attendance checking system is of wide applications in modern education.
