“中等收入陷阱”是我国经济社会发展面临的现实风险，当前发展中不平衡、不协调、不可持续的突出问题，和制约科学发展的体制机制障碍，必须通过深化改革来加以解决。要继续保持我国经济社会快速健康发展，避免落入“中等收入陷阱”，必须从利益调整上寻求改革的新突破，最大限度地调动一切积极因素，为顺利跨入高收入国家注入新的动力。
“中等收入陷阱”是我國經濟社會髮展麵臨的現實風險，噹前髮展中不平衡、不協調、不可持續的突齣問題，和製約科學髮展的體製機製障礙，必鬚通過深化改革來加以解決。要繼續保持我國經濟社會快速健康髮展，避免落入“中等收入陷阱”，必鬚從利益調整上尋求改革的新突破，最大限度地調動一切積極因素，為順利跨入高收入國傢註入新的動力。
“중등수입함정”시아국경제사회발전면림적현실풍험，당전발전중불평형、불협조、불가지속적돌출문제，화제약과학발전적체제궤제장애，필수통과심화개혁래가이해결。요계속보지아국경제사회쾌속건강발전，피면락입“중등수입함정”，필수종이익조정상심구개혁적신돌파，최대한도지조동일절적겁인소，위순리과입고수입국가주입신적동력。
The ＂middle-income trap＂ is the reality risk faced by China＇s economic and social development, the current prominent problems of unbalance, uncoordinated and unsustainable developing, and the system obstacle restricting the development of scientific mechanism must be solved through deepening reform. To continually maintain rapid and sound development of our country＇s economic society, avoid falling into ＂middle-income trap＂, we must seek the reform of the new breakthrough from the interest adjustment, mobilize all positive factors to the maximum limit, and pour into the new power for smoothly step into the high income countries.
