基于实际调研的数据，采用灰色关联分析，对西部山地地区10座污水处理厂运行效率比较分析。计算各污水处理厂与最优参考序列的关联度得分，在一定程度上说明了污水处理厂的相对效率。通过对各污水处理厂的相对效率进行评价，按各指标与最优参考序列关联度纵向比较评价各个污水处理厂，找出差距及改进方向；计算各指标与污水处理厂效率的关联度得分，分析投入产出对污水处理厂效率的影响，为污水处理厂提高运行效率提出建议。

Based on the data from actual survey , by using the method of Gray correlation analysis ,this paper compared and analyzed west Moun tainous City＇s 10 sewage disposal factories＇ operating efficiency. Each factory＇s correlation score to the optimal reference sequence can to some extent reflect the relative efficiency. This paper scientifically evaluated each sewage disposal factory＇s operating efficiency, longitudinally compared each factory according to the correlation of each index and the optimal reference sequence. Then the reason of the gap, as well as the way of im provement, can be found. The correlation score tells the correlation degree between the index and the factory＇s operating efficiency. This paper an alyzed the influence of the Input~Output on the factory＇s operating efficiency and put forward some advices to improve the efficiency of the sewage disposal system.
