具有行业背景的教育中介组织因为最能体现职业特性。在西方高等教育较发达国家,已经成长为与政府、市场一起影响以职业性为特性的专业学位研究生教育的最主要的力量之一.其作用已全面渗透到专业学位研究生教育之中。在我国专业学位研究生教育进入规模发展、中介组织建设尚处于借鉴与探索的时期,如何结合本国实际,借鉴国外经验,逐步完善中介组织建设将是我国专业学位研究生教育今后一个亟待研究与解决的课题。笔者认为,制度建设、中介组织自身建设以及中介组织对培养过程的参与是影响我国专业学位研究生教育中介组织建设的三个关键因素。
具有行業揹景的教育中介組織因為最能體現職業特性。在西方高等教育較髮達國傢,已經成長為與政府、市場一起影響以職業性為特性的專業學位研究生教育的最主要的力量之一.其作用已全麵滲透到專業學位研究生教育之中。在我國專業學位研究生教育進入規模髮展、中介組織建設尚處于藉鑒與探索的時期,如何結閤本國實際,藉鑒國外經驗,逐步完善中介組織建設將是我國專業學位研究生教育今後一箇亟待研究與解決的課題。筆者認為,製度建設、中介組織自身建設以及中介組織對培養過程的參與是影響我國專業學位研究生教育中介組織建設的三箇關鍵因素。

Educational Intermediary, which have enough experience in the industry, most can manifest professional characteristics. Therefore, in western countries with advanced higher education, educational intermediary, together with governments and markets, have become one of the dominant forces in influencing the occupation-oriented education of Professional degree graduate education. Their roles have been played pervasively. However, in our country, where Professional Degree graduate education is enrollment expansion, the establishment of Educational Intermediary is still at the stage of learning and exploration. It is an urgent task to undertake research and find solutions about how to improve step by step the establishment of Educational Intermediary with the combination of the existing conditions of China and the experience of other countries for reference. I take the view that intermediary organizations' system establishment, self-construction and participation in the education process are the three key factors which will greatly influence the establishment of Educational Intermediary for Professional Degree Graduate Education.
