十七大以来,党和国家重视西藏以改善民生为重点的社会建设,使西藏各族人民在教育、就业、医疗、养老、住房等方方面面得到明显改善,基本民生需求得到了保障,党的执政之基得到了增强,社会和谐得以实现,西藏各族人民享受到了更多更好的人权,是对达赖分裂集团、个别国际组织、学术机构和学者诬蔑我党和政府的有力回击。
十七大以來,黨和國傢重視西藏以改善民生為重點的社會建設,使西藏各族人民在教育、就業、醫療、養老、住房等方方麵麵得到明顯改善,基本民生需求得到瞭保障,黨的執政之基得到瞭增彊,社會和諧得以實現,西藏各族人民享受到瞭更多更好的人權,是對達賴分裂集糰、箇彆國際組織、學術機構和學者誣衊我黨和政府的有力迴擊。
십칠대이래,당화국가중시서장이개선민생위중점적사회건설,사서장각족인민재교육、취업、의료、양로、주방등방방면면득도명현개선,기본민생수구득도료보장,당적집정지기득도료증강,사회화해득이실현,서장각족인민향수도료경다경호적인권,시대체뢰분렬집단、개별국제조직、학술궤구화학자무멸아당화정부적유력회격。
Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and state have attached great importance to the social construction of Tibet with a focus on improving people＇s livelihood in order to achieve significant improvement in education,employment,medical,pension,housing,and so on for the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet.The improvement of people＇s livelihood has consolidated the cornerstone for the governance of the Party and achieved social harmony.Consequently,the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet have been ale to enjoy human rights more and better.It countercharged the Dalai Cliqu,some international organizations,academic institutions and scholars with slander of the Communist Party and the government of China violating human rights through operating housing project in nomadic area in Tibet.
