成人教育课程具有针对性、实用性、速成性、多样性等特征,而现实中存在针对性不强,内容贫乏,缺乏交互性、艺术性、服务性等问题。在成人教育课程开发上要依据成人学员的需要和兴趣,淡化学科间界限,更新课程内容,借助现代教育技术手段,构建多元评价模式以及整合资源开发优质成人教育课程。
成人教育課程具有針對性、實用性、速成性、多樣性等特徵,而現實中存在針對性不彊,內容貧乏,缺乏交互性、藝術性、服務性等問題。在成人教育課程開髮上要依據成人學員的需要和興趣,淡化學科間界限,更新課程內容,藉助現代教育技術手段,構建多元評價模式以及整閤資源開髮優質成人教育課程。
성인교육과정구유침대성、실용성、속성성、다양성등특정,이현실중존재침대성불강,내용빈핍,결핍교호성、예술성、복무성등문제。재성인교육과정개발상요의거성인학원적수요화흥취,담화학과간계한,경신과정내용,차조현대교육기술수단,구건다원평개모식이급정합자원개발우질성인교육과정。
The curriculum for adult education should be targeted,practical,intensive and multiform,while in reality it is not,it is less targeted,and poor in content,interactivity,artistry and serviceability.The curriculum for adult education should be developed based on the needs and interests of adult learners,and should have less clear-cut boundary between the disciplines,renewed content,the modern technical means of education and a multiple evaluation model.Additionally,all the resources should be integrated to develop a high-quality curriculum for adult education.
