回顾了近几年研究社区森林经营（CFM）的文献,介绍了西非、中非、南亚、中美洲国家的社区森林经营的经历和特点,总结了促进CFM成功的因素,探讨了在REDD＋政策下CFM可能产生的惠宜和遇到的问题。其结论：CFM是森林加富的有效手段;森林土地权属明晰、社区参与森林规则制定、社区成员同质性、稳定的环境条件是促进CFM成功的因素;REDD＋报偿有可能给可持续经营森林和有限使用森林的森林社区提供数量可观的惠宜。

Recent literatures on community forest management （CFM） were reviewed, introducing the characteris- tics of CFM in varied forms in West Africa, Central Africa, South Asia and Central America, discussing the factors that can promote the success of CFM, and presenting the potential benefits and challenges from CFM under R_EDD＋ policy. The main conclusion was： CFM is a cost-effective approach to forest enrichment; dear forest ten- ure, local participation in forest decision making, homogeneity of community members and stable environmental conditions can promote the success of CFM; and REDD＋ payments in the future may provide substantial benefits to forest communities that limit their use of forest resources and manage their forest sustainably.
