将现有企业资源观与资源生态经济理论等相结合，在区分不同资源的本质特征的基础上，确定有形资源、无形资源和人力资源在企业系统中的不同作用及其与主体、环境的内在联系；借助资源生态思想重新构建企业系统的结构并拓展系统功能；利用系统要素和资源机制建立企业资源生态系统的概念与模型；在整合生产率与效率已有研究成果的基础上提出企业资源生态系统的资源与环境效率评价指标体系的框架结构。
將現有企業資源觀與資源生態經濟理論等相結閤，在區分不同資源的本質特徵的基礎上，確定有形資源、無形資源和人力資源在企業繫統中的不同作用及其與主體、環境的內在聯繫；藉助資源生態思想重新構建企業繫統的結構併拓展繫統功能；利用繫統要素和資源機製建立企業資源生態繫統的概唸與模型；在整閤生產率與效率已有研究成果的基礎上提齣企業資源生態繫統的資源與環境效率評價指標體繫的框架結構。
장현유기업자원관여자원생태경제이론등상결합，재구분불동자원적본질특정적기출상，학정유형자원、무형자원화인력자원재기업계통중적불동작용급기여주체、배경적내재련계；차조자원생태사상중신구건기업계통적결구병탁전계통공능；이용계통요소화자원궤제건립기업자원생태계통적개념여모형；재정합생산솔여효솔이유연구성과적기출상제출기업자원생태계통적자원여배경효솔평개지표체계적광가결구。
This paper combined present enterprise resource views with theory of ecological economics of resources, etc., and identified the essential characteristics of different resources, the roles of visible resources, invisible resources as well as human resources in enterprise system and their relationships with subjects and environment. According to thoughts of resource ecology, the paper reestablished the structure of business system and explored new systematic function. By means of systematic factors and resource mechanism, the concept and model of resource ecosystem of enterprise were set up. Based on the integration of the research achievements of productivity and efficiency, the paper put forward a framework of evaluation indicator of resource and environment efficiencies of the ecosystem.
