采用索洛余值法测算了1990-2009年北京、上海及天津三大都市农业科技进步贡献率,结果显示:1990-2009年三大都市农业科技进步贡献率呈波动上升趋势,其中上海的农业科技进步贡献率略高于北京和天津。进一步分析发现,三大都市农业物质费用投入对农业总产出的贡献呈下降趋势,农业劳动生产率不断提高,耕地面积逐年减少带来的负效应日益明显。

Contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress of three metropolitan was calculated from 1990 to 2009 using Solow's residual method. The results show that contribution rate wavelike rised from 1990 to 2009; Among them, Shanghai is higher than Beijing and Tianjin. Further analysis found that the agricultural material expenses iuvestment's contribution to gross output experienced a downward trend, while the agricultural labor productivity increased constantly, the negative effect of reduced cultivated area year by year was increasingly apparent.
