对某一行为进行评价是规范行为主体的目的性、保障行为过程的科学性、实现行为结果的公益性的有力手段。创业教育的评价体系需包含学校、政府与社会这三大主体和以创业教育理念为统领的九大要素。评价的价值导向是要引导并促成由单纯的就业率评价向就业结构、就业质量、创业尝试评价转向，由毕业之时的就业率评价向若干年后的社会贡献评价转向，由家长期盼的评价向学生自我评价转向，由政府主导的评价向社会主导的评价转向。

대모일행위진행평개시규범행위주체적목적성、보장행위과정적과학성、실현행위결과적공익성적유력수단。창업교육적평개체계수포함학교、정부여사회저삼대주체화이창업교육이념위통령적구대요소。평개적개치도향시요인도병촉성유단순적취업솔평개향취업결구、취업질량、창업상시평개전향，유필업지시적취업솔평개향약간년후적사회공헌평개전향，유가장기반적평개향학생자아평개전향，유정부주도적평개향사회주도적평개전향。
Evaluation of particular behavior is a strong measure for conducting the purpose of actors, guaranteeing the scientific of behavioral processes, and achieving the public welfare of behavioral outcomes. Evaluation system of entrepreneurship education should include university, government and society, as well as the nine key factors based on the entrepreneurship concepts. Evaluation of value orientation is to conduct and shift the evaluating standards from single employment rates to employment structure, employment quality and entrepreneurial attempts, from graduate employment rates to social contributions after graduation, from parents＇ expectation to students self evaluation, from government-led evaluation to social-led evaluation.
