从水土资源承载力、生态环境承载力、经济技术承载力、社会人文承载力四个方面构建指标体系,采用多层次模糊综合评价法对资源枯竭型城市——江西省景德镇市的土地综合承载力进行研究。结果表明：景德镇市水土资源承载力和生态环境承载力较低,经济技术承载力与人文社会承载力低,土地综合承载力处于较低承载力等级。其原因在于景德镇市水土资源匮乏,经济发展过于依赖资源型产业,缺乏生态环境建设与人力资源投入。据此,提出景德镇市应加强土地资源管理与开发利用,综合治理环境污染,加快经济转型与技术发展和加大人才投入力度等对策建议。

An index system was constructed on carrying capacity of water and land resource,ecological environment,economy and technology,and social humanity.Then Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method was used to study land comprehensive carrying capacity of Jingdezhen City,a resource-exhausted city of Jiangxi Province.The results indicated that the carrying capacity of water and land resource and social humanity were low,so were the carrying capacity of economy and technology and social humanity.Land comprehensive carrying capacity was also in a relatively low degree.The reason lies in that Jingdezhen City was short of water and land resource,whose economy was excessively depending on resource-based industry,and who was lacking in construction of ecological environment and input to human resource.Consequently,measures must be taken to strengthen the management,development and utilization of water and land resource,control the environment pollution,accelerate the economy transformation and technological development,and reinforce the talent input.
