高等教育国际转移有移栽和嫁接两种模式。移栽模式对现有高等教育的影响比较小,常见于高等教育发展初期。嫁接模式是引进国外的高等教育模式直接与现有的高等教育融合,其特点是对现有的高等教育的影响大,便于大面积推广应用,并在比较短的时间内对整个高等教育产生影响。我国目前引进国外优质高等教育应以嫁接模式为主。实施嫁接可以由学校主导,以本科教学为主体,以课程体系、教学内容和教学方法改革为重点,以专业为单位逐步展开。

Transplanting and grafting are the two modes in international transfer in higher education. Transplanting mode has less impact on existing higher education, which is commonly used in the initial period of development eft higher edueation. Grafling mode is our existing higher edueation integrating with imported foreign higher education, which has more impact on existing higher education and can be applied easily and widely. We should mainly take grafting mode when introducing foreign high quality higher education. Higher universities should be the leading strength and undergraduate teaching should be the main part; the curriculum reform, teaching content and teaehing method should be foeused on and carried out gradually based on the students' major.
