教师和学生之间围绕学习成绩与教学评价的互动博弈模式将导致两个负面的评估效果:一是学生虚报对教师教学努力和质量的评估,导致教学评价呈现严重偏态分布;二是教师“考试放水”,学生成绩普遍虚高,也呈现偏态分布,两者相互强化最终导致教学质量评价的效度和信度大打折扣。将学生评教模式改为“学生评价自己是否有收获,由此推断教师教学质量”的新方法有益于提高教学质量。
教師和學生之間圍繞學習成績與教學評價的互動博弈模式將導緻兩箇負麵的評估效果:一是學生虛報對教師教學努力和質量的評估,導緻教學評價呈現嚴重偏態分佈;二是教師“攷試放水”,學生成績普遍虛高,也呈現偏態分佈,兩者相互彊化最終導緻教學質量評價的效度和信度大打摺釦。將學生評教模式改為“學生評價自己是否有收穫,由此推斷教師教學質量”的新方法有益于提高教學質量。

The interactive game mode focusing on academic performance and teaching evaluation between teachers and students will lead to two negative assessment results. The first result is that students evaluate teachers' teaching efforts and quality falsely, making teaching evaluation a severe skewed distribution. The second result is students' achievements are generally unrealistically high because of teachers' loose treatment, which also shows a skewed distribution. The mutually reinforcement of two negative assessment results eventually leads to the big discount of the validity and reliability of teaching quality assessment. To change the model of students' evaluating teachers into the new method of students evaluating teaching quality relying on the evaluation of students themselves about study will be beneficial for the improvement of the quality of teaching.
