教法学的存在是以承认学生学的过程与教师教的过程之相对独立为前提的。教法学的发展是建立在现代教育两大知识模块(专业学科知识和关于人的终身发展的知识)基础上的。教法学是一个关于有效交流和沟通,进行人类知识、能力和品质的延续、传递、创新和人格培养的方法的学科。中国教育学核心学科、知识、研究缺失和赢弱,中国基础教育和教师教育与培训改革面临挑战。在世界教育洪流中,中国需要建立基于实践、知识和研究的教育科学,为中国的教育实践服务。

The existence of pedagogy is premised on acknowledging the relative isolation between students' learning course and teachers' teaching course. The development of pedagogy was established on the basis of the two major knowledge modules of modern education (professional knowledge and knowledge about human lifelong development). Pedagogy is a discipline on effective communication, extending, delivering and innovation of human knowledge,capability and quality, and methodology of personality cultivation. In China, the core disciplines, knowledge and research of education are deficient and weak. The Chinese basic education and teachers' education and training reform are facing challenges. In educational world, China needs to establish the educational science based on practice, knowledge and research so as to serve Chinese educational practice.
